Two Wheeler Loan
BCCS Ltd, offer two wheeler loan in udaipur Rajasthan on new and pre owned scooter and motorcycle. In the case of pre-owned two wheeler, the age of the vehicles should not be more than 3 years. For loan, maximum EMI should not be more than 30% of the net income of the applicant after including the proposed loan installment.

Loan Limit
I. For New Vehicles

• 100% of the cost of ex-showroom price of the vehicle as per society norms
• 85% of the cost of on the road price of vehicle as per society norms.

II. For Top quality pre owned vehicles
70% of purchase consideration / insured value / value assessed by automobile engineer / insurance surveyor, whichever is lower than accordingly providing a loan.

Documentation Requirement:

• Valid address proof, which may be established from the Utility Bill (water bill /electricity bill /telephone bill), ration card and adhar card (mandatory).
• Recent passport sized photo and valid photo identity proof, which may be established from the Aadhar ID (i.e. mandatory), PAN card, Election ID, Passport, and Drivers License etc.

Common Requirements

• Loan Application forms duly filled with signature, attached photographs of the applicant.
• Guarantor Application forms duly signed with signature, attached photographs of the guarantor.
• Hypothecation of vehicle is mandatory and it is noted in the RC book, issued by the RTA.
• For Vehicle loan, maximum EMI should not be more than 30% of the net income of the applicant after including the proposed loan installment.
• The Applicant should be a member of the society and ideally, applicant should fall in the age bracket of 18-60 years.
• Applicant and Guarantor are citizens of Udaipur (Rajasthan).

Loan Process & Insurance Fee

• The Loan processing fee applicable as per society rule.
• The vehicle purchased is to be kept comprehensively insured for agreeing BCCS society clause. The insurance amount has to be paid by the borrower besides regular EMI.
• Members - Group Insurance shall be done till loan ends, for which yearly premium shall be paid by the member.
