Loan Limit
Loan up to 80% of the purchase consideration / property value / value assessed by District Level Committee Rate, whichever is higher than accordingly providing a loan and maximum loan will be 10 lakhs provide by society.
Documentation Requirement
- Valid address proof, which may be established from the Utility Bill (water bill /electricity bill /telephone bill), Ration card.
- Valid identity proof, which may be established from the Aadhar ID (i.e. mandatory), PAN card, Election ID, Passport, Drivers License etc.
- Any other documents as mandated by the property owner or applicant like valuation report, search report and property charge report etc.
More Details
- Loan application form duly filled with signature, attached photographs of the applicant.
- Guarantor application form duly signed with a signature, attached photographs of the guarantor.
- Two guarantors require and they should be members of BCCS Society.
- Applicant and Guarantor are citizens of Udaipur (Rajasthan) and ideally, both should fall in the age bracket of 18-60 years.
- For Home loan in udaipur , maximum EMI should not be more than 50% of the net income of the applicant after including the proposed loan installment.
- Lasts 2 years Income Tax Returns with computation of income.
- The Original Property Documents are mandatory.
- Applicant needs to submit security cheque as per society rules and loan schemes.
Home Loan Process Fee
- Home loan processing fee applicable as per society rule.
- Inspection charges and file charges for one time basis only at the time of disbursal of loan.
- Charges for valuation report and search report applicable for one time basis only.
- Members - Group Insurance shall be done till loan ends, for which yearly premium shall be paid by the member.
